What’s Included?

 

STEP 1: CONSULTATION + STRATEGY

We find a time to jump on Zoom together. We’ll discuss your current Zoom and video usage, as well as exactly what the Dream Zoom setup consists of. Then, we’ll devise a custom strategy to massively up-level your Zoom and video setup.


STEP 2: DREAM GEAR LIST

Once we determine your specific Zoom and video needs, our DreamZoom team will create a customized gear list for you. This list will include every single component and part you will need. Then, we will send you a custom online wishlist, enabling you to quickly find and purchase each required part.

STEP 3: PROCUREMENT SUPPORT

Due to COVID, sometimes it can be a bit complicated to procure all required parts and components. Certain products are on back-order, others are no longer available. If this comes up, our team is available to help you quickly find alternatives that are of the same quality and compatible with the rest of the equipment.

STEP 4: DREAMZOOM SETUP

Once all the equipment has arrived at your home/office, the DreamZoom team will set up a time to come to you and fully build, test and finesse your entire station. This normally takes 5-6 hours.
(Health and safety note: Our team goes through a COVID screening process prior to each visit, and always wears proper PPE to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.)

STEP 5: TRAINING LIBRARY

Once we are done transforming your Zoom and video station, we will do some on-the-spot training with you to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your new DreamZoom setup.

BONUS: 1 MONTH OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Lastly, as a DreamZoom client, you will get 1 month of FREE customer support assistance. This is helpful as, in the first few weeks, you might have extra questions and a little 1-on-1 support can go a long way.
(Terms: Can be used for up to 4 hours max.)

How Much Does DreamZoom Cost?

Above pricing covers your DreamZoom package, which includes: industry expertise; a customized strategy and equipment list; purchase links; full build, testing, on-site training; a training library; and 1 month of customer service support!

PLEASE NOTE:

The above pricing does NOT include the required gear and tech. Our clients purchase the gear and equipment directly from the retailers, which will be quite simple to do. We’ll compile the gear list (complete with purchase links), allowing you (or your assistant) to click and purchase with ease.

Once all the gear and equipment has arrived, you’ll book a setup day with our DreamZoom team. We’ll take care of the rest!

On average, the gear and equipment required for a DreamZoom setup is $5k to $9k. That portion covers only the cost of equipment and goes directly to the retailers.
